Privacy notice
HaulStride is a fleet rental project by AniDeeBee LLC, Austin, Texas. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through fleet.anideebee.com.
Information you provide
Our rental inquiry forms collect your name, company, email, optional phone number, equipment or selected car, pickup area, pickup and return dates, duration, optional message and consent. Do not submit payment information, license images, government identifiers, insurance documents or other sensitive records through this form.
How we use it
We store inquiries privately to review rental needs, contact you about your request and keep a business record. Submission does not reserve equipment or create a rental agreement. We do not sell inquiry information or enroll you in a marketing mailing list through this form.
Hosting and technical services
The website and inquiry records are hosted using Amazon Web Services. Authorized operators and necessary infrastructure providers may process this information to run the site. Basic infrastructure logs may include IP addresses and request metadata for security and troubleshooting. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser request when the font stylesheet loads. Rental request dates, vehicle or equipment category, request status and an internal reference may also appear in private Google Calendar subscriptions used by our operators. These calendar feeds omit customer names, contact details, messages and exact pickup locations. The site does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
Rental payments
Approved direct rentals can be paid through PayPal hosted checkout. PayPal processes your payment details under its own privacy notice; we do not collect card numbers or PayPal login credentials. We retain your approved quote, accepted rental terms, payment order and capture references, amount and payment status to confirm and reconcile your rental. Payment and business records may be retained beyond the inquiry period where needed for tax, accounting, contracts or disputes. A private payment link grants access to that rental quote; keep it confidential.
Optional analytics
With your opt-in, our self-hosted Matomo service at admin.anideebee.com measures public page visits, selected navigation and contact buttons, and whether an inquiry succeeds or fails. Tracking uses no analytics cookies, advertising pixels or customer identifiers. We discard URL query strings and private booking, payment and calendar links; inquiry content and payment details are never analytics events. IP addresses are masked before analytics enrichment, and raw analytics records are retained for up to 180 days. Your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable analytics. Use “Analytics choices” at the bottom of our public pages to enable or disable analytics; only this preference is stored in your browser. No tracking occurs before opt-in.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry records are retained for up to 12 months, unless needed for an ongoing transaction, dispute or legal recordkeeping. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@anideebee.com or calling (512) 265-6257. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Transaction records may have separate retention requirements.
